These are moments that break or build, heal or poison the foundation of a relationship. They can change the quality of our lives for better or worse.
The outcome can be a supportive relationship with a coworker or months of tension. It can mean trust and intimacy with a family member, or a screaming match that turns into months or years of no contact.
I've dedicated myself to learning these skills because i believe they are the foundation of fulfilling, strong, loving relationships.
